And yes, bringing a bike to "stock" height requires "stock" suspension parts. I'd recommend you get someone to do it for you.

Funny guy. I catch the sarcasm. Save it for someone else. The term "dogbone" is prevalently used actually, although it may not be the technical term for the piece. Born and raised in NY and finished grad school in May, so rest assured English is my native language.

lowrider😎
i don't know what people's deal is about giving their two cents if a person wants to lower a bike let them help them out but giving your expertise if you don't got something nice to say don't say nothing at all because if you just get sarcastic you're wasting both of our time LOL I think that if a person's got enough nerve to learn and aint scared little pansy then can learn how to ride a bike at any hight even slammed to the ground if they want. the trail and steering changes allot. just don't take curves as fast the first few times because you won't be able to lean as far without scraping. get use to the new height and ride the **** out of it . I know a guy that rides his lowered girlfriend's bike and I guarantee he could beat anybody on this thread in the curves. just saying.. it ain't bragging if you back it up alright alright😎👍
