Does anyone have any info on the new 06's? Does anyone know when they will come out? What about the paint schemes? Post any new info you have here.

 

The current trend in the industry seems to be major changes every two year. Since I was overseas on a military deployment this time last year I was paying close attention by reading all the mags and always checking Hondas web site. I found that the info and press releases for the 05's came out in early winter of 04.

 

The current freshening of the '05 model virtually guarantees that the '06 will be unchanged (other than possibly color schemes). I wouldn't look for any major revisions until '07.

 

Just got back from a dealer checking out the 05 600rr, said nothing new for 06 cept for slight color scheme changes...no engine diff or anything.

 

Honda's dealer show is September 7/8. You'll see the official press releases at that time.
