'07 End of Story... when the forum is corrected I'll list off the changes.

 

+1 crash, 07 and up all the way. Not that the 03-06 were bad, they just redesigned it a lot for the better.

 

I ride an 05 Daily, and it is always a pleasure and something I look forward to before spending whole day bored at work. highlight of each day in fact. Hard to imagine 07 can be better than what I think is perfect in the 05 release - have to get me ago on an 07/08 soon.

my bike is a daily rider, i have an 03 and i'm absolutly in love with it, i cant really help you if a 08 is different because i never rode an 08 but i assume it would be pretty bada$s also... but its up too you...

 

Once you get it and its yours, you'll be so happy you won't even care what year it is or how much better other years may be. You'll love it.

 

I have never ridden an 03 but I bought an 08 July 1st and absolutely love it. Ifyou can afford it, go with the 08 or at least 07. Plus personally, I just think they are a better and cleaner looking bike anyway. Good luck with your decision though

i do love my 06 but if i had the chance i would trade it in for a 07 in a heart beat, but dont tell her, she might get butt hurt
