I've noticed that the new RR with the two "birds" meeting over the side fairing, has black rear-sets and a black exhaust cover thing and black passenger pegs ect...

No other color scheme has black hardware like this.

This is very dissapointing to me as I personally don't like the "bird" design. But I'm a HUGE fan of black accents/hardware.

What do you guys think? I wish they would put black hardware on the other color models.

And I'm sure you could buy the black hardware but lets be honest, we all know how much that would cost.

Wouldnt you like to see black hardware stock on more models?

A lot of guys get their rearsets and pegs powder coated. I haven't looked into the price but assume it is reasonable.

you can either get them powder coated black for about 20 bucks which is really cheap.

or for 75 cents you can take them off and spray paint them black with equal results. I did this on two of my bikes and it looks awesome. Just hang them by a string and spray paint them yourself it takes 10 min
