07 rear shock
got myself a 07 rear shock if you've seen my other thread you will know i know diddly squat about suspension 
.
okay so i need to set it up for track riding had a look around and found no real answers for people of my weight and size.
im a plumper at 220lb and 6ft tall :'( (too many pies)
so what would you guys set it at?
my front forks were re-sprung with 9.5's as i am meant to be loosing weight
