Hey I take offense to that. Ok, I already crashed an 06 Gixxer 1000 but I am very careful with my 07. I just respect it all too much not to do anything stupid with it.

Sounds like utter BS to me. If you compare the dry weight of the 07 to any other model the weight differences are modest (10 lbs?). The difference is how the weight is distributed.

People crash bikes all the time. Stupid people crash more than others. I'd say your dealership's obversation was probably a result of the popularity of the bike and the numbers of them on the road.

hey i give a damn. sounds like my initial observation was correct afterall. you can respect all you want. if you dont have the skill to recover from a problem like an unexepected bump in the road or a curve you have never seen before then looks like you are going for #2 on the ground
