Default Unfortunate endo

I was in an accident recently when someone waved me to pass and then turned left in front of me. I grabbed the front brake andflipped the bike onto the car and myself. I was wondering what is the slowest speed one would have to be traveling to endo a 600 F4i in a panic stop? Thanks.
