Hello doing a few track days this year and with my old front nose am going to try Andalusia make it into a track fairing, trouble it there is a massive hole where the light has anyone ever covered it up with fiber glass I have it a go but could not get the shape right. Anyone any ideas.

You could take a mold of the headlight with some mounting tabs sort of like a plug.

 

Good idea like a insert that cam be taken out. I was thinking of put some form of fibre glass around my new front end then I would have a reverse from that

 

Yea, it will at least give you the shape of the front your looking for, than just blend the edges together and there you go a set of track fairings. Hope it helps.
