doesn't sound too bad, I got my 1999 F4 with 1600 miles on it for 5100 (with jacket and helmet)
poor guy got shipped off to Korea for 5 years and only rode it 4 months. It's funny when I tell everyone it's a '99 ,
cuz it's brand new with the exception of the year, not a mark on it.
sounds like a good price, make sure the title is in hand/clean etc. Other than that, if you feel real umcomfy, have a mechanic verify the mileage , no tampering with the Odometer , etc.
