mine had the same issue. what you want to do is hop on the bike and start it. when in neutral, you will hear that ticking/rattle in idle. hold the clutch in and put it in a differnt gear (just hold the clutch in the hole time, dont go anywhere). i noticed that the sound reduced while in gear. it most likely is a normal thing and is only problematic if it gets worse or your haveing issues with it slipping or something.
LoCBRf4 has the right idea... it is in the clutch area.

ok so i got the call the Honda mechanic and he checked the valves and they were to spec. I mentioned "what about the CCT" he said he checked that and it was fine too. No idea what the hell the noise is. But Very very common as we can all see from this post i started....
