Default Throttle stuck open when turned right

Well I recently had the trouble of fixing my headlight by going into the throttle housing and soldering the wire back on, one problem down. Problem is putting everything back together my throttle now sticks open when the handlebars are turned all the way to the right. I've slacked off everything basically as far as it will go, greased everything and don't appear to have any binds as I havent touched anything besides disconnecting the throttle cable in the housing.

Is there something I am missing, or do I just spend more hours looking and fiddling, or give up and take it into the shop to get gouged by shop fees?

I think I had this problem on another bike. I think the problem was cable routing / cable kink / not enough throttle cable lube.

If it worked OK before, then it's something you've changed. Start with that.

99% sure it's the throttle cable not being routed correctly.
