I do not have a power commander for mine. And yes just the carbs and air filter cleaned the bike up so much. It is much more snappy now. Only thing i didn't do this year was the plugs since they were done last year.

** Good luck with your pipe.... With the wrong tools it took me roughly around 2 hours... The end result for sound is amazing.

That looks pretty good. Would this work on the stock f4 pipe? I would like my bike to be a bit louder but I don't really want to have the cost of a new after-market pipe and a re-tune. Would the bike run roughly the same with the stock pipe just a bit shorter?

As long as you don't go too short. I have seen a few bikes with shorty stock pipes. Mine started out at 18 inches and when i was done it was 11. Runs like a champ.

the stock f4 pipe it is not riveted like a typical aftermarket slip-on so you'd have to either weld it or figure something out.

Weld or JB Weld should be sufficient
