Default sputtering / dieing problem HELP

I noticed sometimes when I run my F4 (usually on warmer days) when taking off from a dead stop the bike kind of sputters or bogs (sometimes kills itself) right when i start taking off (0-5mph) I either have to give a **** load of gas and take off like a banshee or let the thing die. (usually is pretty quick when it happens... maybe a second)

otherewise sometimes when I am at a dead stop and i quick snap my wrist to rev it the bike dies... almost like it floods itself...

any help?

Possible plugs? When's last time you checked / replaced them?

Changed my plugs and presto problom is gone.If your going to change them don't follow the factory service manual it tells you to take the front fairing off and to drop the rad .There is no need for this just take the tank and airbox off and do it from the top.

idle jet could be clogged. Carb clean and new plugs. I used to have this exact same problem.
