Default Running issue..NEED HELP!!

I just got a f4 and if i ride on the high way for longer than 30 min revving at or past 7000 rpm the bike starts to sound like its running on 2 cylinders. It starts to loses power so i can pull over and let it idle for 30sec to 1 min and it will clear rpm. It will not do this if i drive down back roads or city driving going different rpm's, I have rode for 2 or more hours and never had a issue. the bike has a slip on exhaust, stage 1 dyno jet kit, and vortex rear sprocket. any help or ideas would be much appreciated.

i also forgot to add that this only seems to happen on hot days 75+ outside. if its in the 60's it does not have this issue.
