Right Rear Wheel spacer dimensions
Hi Guys,
My name is William and I'm new to the forum.
I was wondering if anyone could give me the exact dimensions of the right(brake) side wheel collar(spacer) on the cbr600F4?
I lost mine, and getting a new one is going to take too long (I live in South Africa)
I can get one turned on a lathe, but I need the exact dimentions : ID (20mm AFAIK) OD and width.
Thanks in advance!

Thanks, that's exactly what I was looking for. I have someone that can turn it on a lathe for me, but first I will go to the local bike salvage yard and see if I can find one there.
Does anyone happen to know what kind of metal they use? Just in case I have to get one made?
BTW most I've seen on ebay do not ship overseas, and the ones that do have shipping costs that are like 600% of the price of the item...

Glad to help.
The motorcycle salvage yard search is a good idea. Even adapting an already made one would be preferable.
If you have to make your own, I would search out what aftermarket wheel spacer makers are using & go from there. I saw one supplier using 12L15 steel, & another using aircraft grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum.
Keep in mind that the inner & outer edges are beveled, as seen in the pic.
Good luck.
