question about dropping my f4

if anyone can be some help, i was wondering how do i lower my f4? ,y buddies gsxr itl owers on the bottom of the frame but i cant figure out how!

Look under your rear suspension. Buy a lowering link, and replace the stock one. But don't forget to also lower your front end, or I'll call u a squid twice...
