Putting turbo on a 99 600F4
I need some hjelp here..
I Have a 99 Honda CBR 600F4, maybe i will put a turbo on it next winter. But when i did some research i found out this is not very easy🤣
So i will try in here to find some help, maybe some one in here who know the steps and parts for this build? The first problem is the manifold.. i have looked all over the internet but could not find a turbo manifold for the cbr600 99 so do i really need to make it from scratch or is this for order some place? The same qestion for the intake and oil filter adapter.. some one in here that can take me through the steps?😅
Im from Norway so sorry for my bad english..🤣

Hello! I'm also trying to put a turbo on my F4, I've done a lot of research and know a few things (not everything though), to answer your questions, yes you are going to have to make your own manifolds or have a fab shop make them, to get oil to the turbo your going to need an oil filter sandwich and oil line kit, your also going to need to re-jet the bike so its not to lean, if you really want to you don't have to rebuild the engine for lower compression BUT there's a very high chance of causing damage that way, if you choose not to rebuild it then don't put very much boost to it. that's all I know for now, hope it helps.
