Some poop may have come out. Christ I’ve had less nervous moments with tank slappers at 150

Lucky you, they looked fairly fooked
They look like they been grollyed with traditional Phillips / pozi drive screw drivers.
Not sure of your experience, buy you should invest in some JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) screw drivers or bits as they are profiled differently to your normal Phillips hence you do see this a lot on Japanese bikes with people not knowing the difference.
Of course does not stop the heavy handed amongst us still buggering up the screws

Couldn’t believe they came out without rounding when I seen the threads, oh I use. This is my 5th Jap. Would be lost without them. Still had years of pain though before i made the discovery
