Default Problem after cleaning my carbs

Ok let me give you the synopsis of my bike. It had sat for close to a year and I finally got around to fix it back up. The whole time it was kept in a garage and was rarely started. It still turns over and I rode it the other day and it lagged when I hit the throttle. I assumed the carbs were all gunked up and so I went ahead and took them off and cleaned them out yesterday. I let them soak in carb cleaner overnight, and I took off the jets (idle/main) and you can see through them with ease. I replaced the gas and put it all back together and it started flawlessly, and then white/grey/ smoke out of the exhaust and it cut off. Now I can only start the bike with full throttle but it doesn't rev, it only idles and if i let off it cuts off. I get the same results with the choke on/off. I did replace the filter with a K&N one. I really have no idea on what to do, and any advice is appreciated.
Here is a video of the bike:

Also here are my cabrs. As you can see they are very clean.

After some advice I went ahead and changed out the plugs. I've also set up a line directly to the carbs so it bypasses the pump. After doing so I get the same results. Can anyone give me advice on to what exactly is wrong or what needs to be done. I thought maybe a blown gasket with the white smoke, but most people online said it looked more like water vapor than smoke.

Since when it's pinned it does nothing, but seems to respond to other throttle inputs I'd say it might be a throttle position sensor, you didn't allow carb cleaner to get on the throttle position sensor did you? Cause it sounds like it was better before you fixed the carbs. You pin the throttle and basically nothing happens, if it was the pump or something it would rev some and start cutting out from draining the bowls, so I'm going to go out on a limb and say check your throttle position sensor since pinning the throttle does basically nothing. Also, the white smoke I wouldn't worry about since it's been sitting for a year, looks like condensate burning out of the pipe or something.

White smoke is never a good thing..

Have you checked your idle adjustment screw? That could have been screwed out...

Did you unbolt the TPS sensor?

I'd check the tps sensor first but mine did that one time after cleaning the carbs. ended up i had gotten some cleaner on the plastic floats. with the gas hit the float it literally exploded in the bowl. bike started at first and the puff and died. it was just flooded.
