What's up guys... I haven't posted on here for quite a while. I'm painting my bike black right now and i just finished with the frame this weekend. I'm going to do an all black paint and i'll be adding some gold parts to give it some color. Just wanted to share a couple of pics of the frame real quick. I'll keep the thread updated with my progress.

 

That looks damn nice. Im about to repaint mine and was thinking about doing a black frame too. Did you powdercoat it? I was told that everything had to be removed from the frame in order for it to get done but it looks as if you still have a majority of the components on the bike still, just moved.

 

I thought about Pcoating it but it was just a lot more work than i felt like doing. I just used a flat enamel. It probably won't hold up as well in the long run but it was A LOT easier and cheaper than Pcoat. I made sure it was squeaky clean, primed and painted. Came out nice enough for a $40 paint job.

 

What did you use to apply it? Brush? Rattle Can? Spray Gun? This looks much cleaner and would help so I don't have to polish it (im lazy) Thanks

 

I just used rattle cans. Spray gun is best though IMO
