Default Older bike oil

This is just a general question for people who are riding older bikes (ie before 01). Just wondering what type of oil you use and if there is any reason for your choice.

I use Motul 5100 and the reason for my choice was simple. The guy at the motorbike shop told me it was best for my bike (F4). I don't know stuff all about oils so try inform me[sm=smiley1.gif]

cheers

I had an F3 with 78k miles before I sold it. I used Mobil 1 auto oil for almost all of those miles.
