2001 cbr600f4i 20k miles. The bike starts and works fine and I wanna know how to properly diagnose the issue before trying to work on it. Here's the 3 issues.

1: my headlights won't turn on. Ill start the bike and they won't come on. Ill flip the switch they won't on but the blue high beams indicator comes on.

2: there is a misfire i believe it has something to do with spark plugs or an injectors. How do I diagnose where the misfire is? There is also lifter tick because i dropped the bike but i dont think its related to the misfire (lmk if im wrong). Where should I start with this? I have another engine I can rebuild if I need too.

3 (least important) mph and rpms do not work on instrument cluster. The mph says zero and sometimes once in a blue moon it will work for 5 min. The rpms always say zero other then on start up. On start up the rpms gauge goes all the way up and back to zero.

Please let me know where I should start with diagnosing

 

1) check the headlight bulb.
3) check the plugs for the dash are all firmly connected, otherwise you probably broke it when you crashed.
