new sprockets
It weighs less as a result of being 1/4'' in width instead of 25/80'' in width and therefore increases your power a bit (lower rotational mass on engine) = more wheelie prone.
Downside is lower chain lifespan.
How much more does a 525 weigh over a 520? Are we talking a pound or so? I have a hard time believing that .062" will make that bit of difference? I'm sure you guys know better than me though!!
Anyways, on the recommendation I would go with sidewinder sprockets. I've ran them on just about everything I own and they live A LOT longer than Renthal, RK, Sunstar, etc.. I actually was going to run a 530 pitch chain but by the sounds of it you guys wouldn't recommend that. They are a little more expensive but a better product in my eyes and I've ran just about all of them!! Of course they have kits so the prices below only reflect individual products
Front Sprocket
carbon: 49.99
Tool Steel: 59.99
Titanium: 69.99
Rear Sprocket
Tool Steel: 129.99
Tri Metal: Not sure
Chains:
530 pitch
7000lbs 149
10000lbs 169
12000lbs 189
16000lbs 209

I don't know of to many companies that offer Lifetime guarantees on sprockets with free replacements..
