the angle of the headers is different, so if you buy new headers for the F4i than yes a slip-on from 05/07 would work.

Take note any exhaust system is (should be?) designed for a specific engine AND intake system.
I don't know how different the injection is although looking at the fuel consumption numbers there seems to be a difference.
From this, installing a slip on noy designed for your carbs can reduce performances.

Not trying to discourage you, but if you are experiementing check that you get some extra power besides the noise.

Any slip-on will fit if you have a midpipe to suit, just need to go to the effort of getting one made up, which is a pita.

if your worried about performance, take it to a dyno, benchmark it than put on the new exhaust and get a jet kit; than put it back on the dyno. you should see performance gains louder noise and a happier rider.

You do realize its just a slip-on and not a full exhaust right?
Which means he will be using the F4 stock headers.
