HELLO all, as stated in subject, I am a proud owner of a 2000 F4!!!!!!
I was checking out the pictures, and I was wondering, where, how do i get the single seat/ cowl seats for the baby? I don't like the banana seats

I am SO excited!!!!

A $300 modification.

Edit: Then once you'd done it you'll wish you had the banana seat because its like sitting on a cloud compared to a brick.

pffft. Had both, the nana seat ISNT that much more comfortable. $300 is a lowball price, if you shop around you may find all the parts for $300 but I doubt it. Be lucky to find the subframe n tail fairing for $300. And will still need seats, taillight, undertray, rear tank bolts, frankenstein bolts (optional) passenger pegs, and a undertail if you want one.

Basically what they're saying is that its a swap of parts off an F4I. Most of the parts are bolt on, but you'll have to fab up a couple mounts. But ya, I haven't done it yet cuz its real expensive, at least by my budget!!

shop around for the seat cowls, they can be found for a decent price. I found a used one on here for 40 shipped, already italian red. Ill probably repaint it though. I need to paint my tail fairing after touching up a few spots on it.

heres a picture of mine, pay no attention to the red tire, it was on it when i bought it. It will be replaced REALLY soon. It has a custom (haha) shorty two brothers pipe, made by me and my pops. The rest i think you can see from the picture.

I've seen a couple of sub-frames go for around $275-300 on ebay. It does look a lot better but again with the price of the undertray, tail, lights, bolts and seats, is it really worth it? +1 on the cowls they look pretty decent, and luimoto makes custom seat covers that are colored to look like the 2 piece seat.
