Lightbulb Need some advice

Howdy ya'll, how's everyone doing?

I have some questions regarding the MY 2000 CBR600 F4 and I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice.

1- The F4 I am looking at costs around 1,300 USD at around 18K miles, is this an ok price?
2- The seller states that the carburetors are a bit 'sticky', would it be difficult to rebuild them and if possible where would I get the parts?
(I've never rebuilt a carb before, not really mechanically inclined)
3- Is there a crash cage for the F4? I am looking to get into Gymkhana
4- Is this expensive to maintain?
5- Could you recommend F4 part sites that ship internationally? I am located in Korea.
*Forgot to add that I will need an OEM exhaust as this exhaust seems to be an Ali express exhaust that isn't registered with the DOT/City hall and other regulatory bodies. Yeah, they hate fun here.

Cheers!

Apparently part no. 16027-MBW-601 (Joint set; Looks like a plastic L shaped tube) is broken and needs to be replaced but it is discontinued.
Does anyone know where to get a replacement or if the EBAY "Billet breather" is a good replacement?

that is a decent price provided it doesn't need much

If you have never rebuilt a carb before, this is something you would not want to attempt on your own especially if you are admittedly "not mechanically inclined". there are a lot of things that need to be done in order to properly clean them, and just so you are aware, there are 4 on this bike. to call them "sticky" (I assume by the current owner) is very vague and could need more than just a cleaning.

there are crash cages out there for the F4, but a quality one will cost you about $500. remember, you get what you pay for.

depends on what you call expensive. general maintenance is not that expensive. just make sure you take care of changing the oil, spark plugs, and filters when it is recommended and generally speaking you will be ok.

I personally use https://www.ronayers.com/ and they do offer international shipping, as long as you use paypal during checkout. all of the parts they sell come directly from Honda, so wait times are usually a week or 2 (not sure about international wait times)

you can probably find a used factory exhaust on ebay.

A few things to note:
- motorcycles (like all vehicles) are intended to be used. they do not like to sit for extended periods of time. if you expect it to sit for a long time, I recommend putting fuel stabilizer in the gas tank and letting it run for 5 - 10 minutes to make sure the fuel stabilizer makes it into the carburetors. this however is not a perfect solution.
- a common problem on these bikes is that the fuel pump stops working. this is because they have a points style contact on them and when they carbon foul, they don't like to work. there is a write-up online that explains how to convert it to solid-state. I however just decided to replace mine with a factory honda one when mine started to act up.
- another common problem is the zener diode in the ignition switch fails. when this happens, the bike will not start and you will have to replace the diode. I do NOT recommend buying a replacement switch online. the diode is cheaper and the factory switch is more reliable. there are write-ups online on how to do that IF you ever need to do it.
- the CBR600F4 was only produced for 2 years. it is not a terribly common motorcycle. parts are somewhat limited
- the CBR600F4 is commonly lumped in with and confused with the CBR600F4(i) which is fuel injected. some parts interchange between the 2 models, but not all.
-these bikes generally don't like modifications. they can be, but its a pain in the *** to tune and work out running problems.

eBay is usually good source for used/NOS factory OEM parts. Try to avoid aftermarket 3rd-party parts. They are notorious for being low-quality and many are bad right out of box (especially electronics). Better to get used factory OEM parts than new aftermarket parts.

Yahoo Auctions in Japan is good source for parts as well. I just bought set of factory NSR250-SP magnesium wheels!

Yeah, these bikes are pretty well-optimised from factory. Only worthwhile upgrades are suspension mods to tune for your weight and riding-style.

first of all, I had a very difficult time understanding your issue due to the lack of punctuation.
secondly, it would be a better idea to start a new post rather than hi-jacking someone else's.

That’s exactly why I gave up on the post, I couldn’t work out what was being asked.
