thanks everyone for your advice. i got them from here for $215 shipped and found a local dealer that will install both for $94. saved me a ton!

$94 is high to install tires. Don't know how many options you have but see if you can't find someplace else for cheaper. Anyway, glad you found a deal that you liked.

My shop charges 45 a tire if you bring in the whole bike so let's assume he is taking the whole bike and not just the rim 94 should be ball park I'm its 15 if I.just take.in the rim

yah that's if i take my bike in. not sure if i feel comfortable taking it off myself. i got a quote for $40 if i do that from cycle gear. everyplace i call is charging about $100 for both tires, some as high as $150 if you don't buy from them. either way, i am saving from what i thought i was going to pay.

Getting the back tire is not bad the front I've yet to change one out.I'm looking into buying bike stands off eb@@ seen a nice pair for 120 come wit 5 different pins to hook under the trip tree the rear would hook up to spools...

i run metzeler m3's on my 900 i got 10,000 miles on them they are still good for a couple more. do you have a parts unlimited around you? i got mine for 100 each and talked them into mounting and balencing them for free. they are great guys if you bargin with them a little they usualy work with you. and i havnt seen anywhere online for those tires at that price
