And got the F4I Front fairing threw and mounted.

I've kept the original H-Frame just had to bend both the parts were the mirrors mount in slightly.

I'm kinda envious of this project! What else do you plan on doing to it?

This winter i plan on sticking a F4i Tail on it double seater one with underseat straight threw exhaust and a sick undertail i've found, extended swingarm, lowerd, paying a mate to polish my swingarm as i just dont have the time with working 12 hours a day and he can do it quicker as he has a sand blaster, polishing everything i can, chrome grips with indicaters built into the barends, Carbon Fibre frame covers, Carbon Tank Fillet, Samco Rasing Hoses, Rebuilding and polishing the forks, metalic red screen, neon kit, a smallish crash/stuntcage, O2 sensor mod i've seen on here so i can keep a eye on the fueling, jetkit, K&N, EBC Racing Clutch, Flip Plate, Sprockets, Wavey Disks, Braided Break Lines Etc

Custom paintjob that is gunna be black and red 'OR' White and red base with a japenease anime ninja painted over the right hand side with matereal from his clothing going round the tail and onto the left hand side and the tip of the sword is gunna run straight up to the tip of the front fairing between the lights with a piecrcing air kind of affect (Kinda like the flames round a meteroite) going from the tip of the sword faintly down both sides of the bike

I then plan on entering it into the local bike comps over the summer 3 of them which are all mainly only attended by the cruiser lot but they do have a sportsbike section were first place is a few bob off parts supplied by local shops sponsering the rallys.

Next winter if i hav'nt sold it yet as allready have someone thats willing to buy it off me for a healthy bit more than it costs me to build i plan on doing the engine, boring it out to a 695 wich will have to be run on high octane at all times, stronger con-rods and piston heads and gaskets, Nos, highlift cams, titanium valves + Guides + Springs and Buckets, ignition advancer, ported and polished.
Buying a few second hand engine casings and trying to make a window casing for the clutch and stator which isnt done on hondas really because of the way the clutch is engaged but gunna give it a go anyway.

Then the important bit ..... Putting it on the Dyno to get some figures then putting it on the Strip REPETADLY to see what it will realy do

that under tail and scoops and all looks great!
ive been trying to figure how to tighten up the rear of my f4 .
this is my first composite project and id really apreciate some tips on how you built the underpanel so seamless into the stock plastics. did you sandwich the origional edge inside layers of fibre instde and out?
what did the plug or model you built off look like?
"male" mold laying fabric over, or complete mold of the outside that you lay fibre into?
what did you do to loose the fibre texture showing through?
sorry for the hailstorm of questions,
youre doing exactly EXACTLY the project ive been looking for examples of (unsucessful in my search) for tha past 2 weeks since i got my f4!
and youre doing an amazing job looks like.
cant wait to see next flix!
hope mine turns out even a bit that nice.

Ok what i did was:
Coverd the original taillight in clingfilm (lots of layers) then fibreglassed over the back of it (not the red lens cover) then poped that mold off and fibre glassed it into were the tail light used to go.

Then got a large cardboard box cut it so it just fitted inside the lip of the undertail then coverd that in a bin bag and fibreglassed over that when it was dry i fibreglassed it into the tail which of course left a lip .
I then coverd all the underside in body filler (Thin Layers) if you do they layers to thick it will end up cracking, that got rid of the texture and the lip were the undertray fitted into the tail.

Its gunna be a few weeks before i get anymore pictures up as its to FOOKING Freezing out at the moment and i get home from work after the sun goes down lol

thanks for laying out the steps so clearly!
i hope im not biting off more than i can chew.
i work in fabrication but know next to nothing about bikes.
so maybe this is a silly question but where did you find room to push an exhaust throu under tail?!!!!
i went out just now w a light and looked in the guts of my bike right in front of the wheel - it looks like all shock and electric and not an inch to spare.
what am i not getting?
