okay I put in a new engine in my bike and forgot where a few hoses go and here they are

CARBURETOR ASSY
1. hoses coming off CARBURETOR ASSY off of the bottom of it wich is called the joint set the hoses i cant seem where to go says they are hose heaters and i cant seem to find where they go.

Fuel tANK
2. the bottom of the fuel tank there is two hoses that is the breathe and the drain tubes I was wondering do the just hang or do they go to some where?
