Electrical Problem and I'm lost.

Electrical Problem and I'm lost.
Ok so here's the latest on my 96 F3. As we recall I've had to put ALOT of money in the bike in the last year. Close to $1000 including labor. Wowsers. Only 2 sentences in and I've already digressed.
Anywho... Something is draining my battery. I don't THINK it's the R/R or stator. When my bike is running and I hook up a voltage meter it's between 13 and 14V. It has after market front and rear turn signals that aren't LED but still blink really fast. I notice that the fan kicks on like it's supposed to before the battery is drained completely. As it stands I have to pull the battery once or twice a month to trickle charge it over night. It isn't a problem with the battery; it's been tested and tested again. I'm about at my wits end with this bike. Somebody please help me! I'm tired of putting money in this bike.

Sure it could... might not be able to keep up with the charging once battery gets used...
I'd check the RR, and/or stator

You can test your rectifier same way
