2000 F4, Been hearing a clicking noise while running and assumed it was the fuel pump. Took it apart, fuel pump was just sitting in the bike, no hoses connected, just the wire connected so it had juice. Took a closer look at the fuel pump and its a mitsubishi fuel pump? not sure behind the logic of this unless mitsubishi actually makes a fuel pump compatible for a 2000 F4? Bike is running now but only cause gravity is feeding the gas to the carbs.... any info would be appreciated

hmm... not sure what 'brand' teh pump might be.. does it have inlet and outlet on teh same side? According to what I have read, the bike will run fine until the fuel level falls lower than the petcock... then it wont run... do yourself a favor... get the fuel lines and filter and reconnect it.. or buy a new pump too just to be sure..
