Default master cylinder and calipers: cleaned and still not working right??wtf

I mean the all the seals look ok, not broken or torn at all so i lubed and put them back in. only thing that looks bad is the boot/cover at the master cylinder where it touches the brake lever. can the seals still be bad even if they look good? my brakes are still draging bad

Did you follow the procedure to the letter in the factory service manual?

Did you flush/fill/bleed the system?

How are your brake lines?...original?...replacements?

Default yeah, I did bleed the right way. I ordered a rebuild kit for the calipers and master

I polished the caliper pistons to a mirror shine along with the cleaning job I did for the calipers and master cylinder...still dragging. i hope the rebuild kits will fix the problem. if not I will replace the pistons and brake lines. I should have the rebuild kit put on by thurs or fri. can the caliper seals still be bad even if they look ok? I know they are the original ones. the bike has 30,000 miles on it.

Did you clean and add grease into the boots of the hanger pins?
If the brakes are dragging, usually that's the problem not the pistons of the
calipers.

Have you made sure the pivot pin is not sticking in the lever? Just a thought. The master cylinder rebuild kits make a difference if thats the problem. When I see sticking brakes, it usually ends up being sticking pistons in the caliper/s or the slide pins in the calipers.

rubber brake hoses can collapse internally. are you still running stock brake lines?
also, i had dragging brakes when a shop mixed up my front wheel spacers during a tire change. did you have the front wheel off?
