Hey Raptor, what a crazy coincidence. I just bought a 99 f4 for $1800 a week and a half ago. My seller was also asking $2300. Mine only has 13k miles but it has its fair share of minor issues.

I don't know how the used motorcycle market is where you're at, but it's really screwy here in Orlando. Where I live, either of our buys would be above average deals in my opinion. I'm definitely happy with the price I paid. I'm gonna be starting a thread in the f4 sections with a couple of questions about some problems I need to fix. Hope you'll enjoy yours as much as I am already.

 

Nice! Yeah thats kind of weird that we got the same deal but u got lucky on the mileage lol.. but im loving mine right now for the short rides i can take it on in the parking lot xD

Tomorrow morning i goto the DMV and get everything sorted.. and i will be on the roads.. thing is so quick from my old 500 cant wait to open the old gal up alittle..

 

Yeah dude, my chain and sprockets have shipped and once those get in, I'll be able to really go for rides on it. Right know, the chain slaps at the swingarm so ard. It's super stretched and sprocket teeth are pointy as hell.
