i would recommend not upping the gearing if you primarily do highway riding. i rode 460 miles, ALL highway, when i moved to virginia and cruising at 75 with the rpms screaming at you around 7grand for 8 hours isn't a fun time and is probably not great for the motor either.

i will say... the twisties out here make me loooove my gearing while also getting rid of my chicken strips.

i do mostly highway driving and went with -1/+2, weems to throw the rpm's up about 1k rpms...so when I was cruising at 6k RPM, now I'm at 7k.

I guess i'll just stay with stock gearing then. So clean that swingarm up and post new clean pics!
