storage???? I leave mine out with a nice cover on it, throw some Stabil in it, start it every week, and its snows here, snows good. I don't know exactly where in NorCal you are but I know they can get SOME snow right?

 

I gotta drive to tahoe to get some snow action. Im storing it there cuz Im gonna be outta town for a week plus the guys at the shop are awesome.

 

I'm sure there's some folks on here from aroud you that would watch it for ya.

Ok, so I decided to take the bike apart after this all has happened.

I removed all the fairings, ordered new fairing bolts (didnt feel like labeling them and 90% of them were the wrong bolt anyway), new blinkers, and a windshield.

I will be ordering a new wheel WHEN I CAN FIND ONE!!

Does anyone know what other rims fit this bike? I know the 99 - 00 CBR 600 F4s are the same, but are there any other forms of this bike or another bike that have the same front rim as us? Only one I can find is on eBay for $169 and for that price I feel like I should be getting something special, not just the same rim that was on there before. Haha.

I have sanded down the left and rear fairing, should have the front and right fairing done tomorrow. When I get all the removable pieces sanded down I will remove the gas tank and replace the plugs. I am not going to mess with the carbeurator just yet because I am not that skilled when it comes to this stuff. It will enter the paint booth sometime next week hopefully.
