Default Just wrecked bike for first time...

I have owned my CBR 600 for almost 3 months now when today I was turning and instead of having this lady hit me I went off the road and jumped a curb. After jumping the curb I went one way, the bike went the other way. This all happened at about 30mph. I can see the front rim is bent but now the bike will not turn over. I get dash lights, but nothing when trying to start it. It does not even attempt to turn over. I heard some clanking before the bike died while I was getting up. I simply thought it was the chain. The chain appears perfectly fine. Any suggestions on what it can be?

is it leaking any fluids? pull out the spark plugs and see if they have been flooded.

Hope your alright, seems as such since you are posting. Who's fault??? Did you swap insurance/get a police report? Did the bike flip upside down or numerous times? Sucks OneJ, but people on here will help.

Just a shot in the dark but maybe your BAS (Bank Angle Sensor) got all messed up and your bike thinks it is still on it side. Can you shift gears?? If so try to get into neutral and start it from there. I am sure you are aware of the "side stand ignition cut-off". Not trying to call you dumb just making sure I try to cover some of the basics.

It is safe to say oil got into the plugs, POSSIBLY the cylinders but I believe it has to be on its side for a while to get into the cylinders. Hopefully someone more mechanically inclined can help out with this. Hope thsi helps some and welcome to the site...

Have you try push start? Pop it with second gear? If it's not turning over at all, but you got dash light....starter?
