600 miles!! thats crazy!! and i thought i got a my bike with low miles!! and i just got mine like last week or so! lol...congrats tho on the bike!
My bike right now has a Yoshi RS-3, i love the sound but i never heard the stock sound of the bike. It doesnt seem to load, but if u do haul on it it gives off some pretty good sound to it.

600 original miles is great! It's a brand new bike that still has to be broken into!!
All the above pipes mentioned are nice. I'm Japanese so naturally the Yoshimura pipe I'd be biased over
The D&D pipe I think will sound and perform amazingly. But I'm currently running a full 4-1 high mount race pipe by Two Brothers on my F4 track bike which I really like. All are good pipes though.

It sounds like the majority of you guys like the yoshi pipe and I listened to the d and d tone on youtube and it sounds pretty darn good. You guys are right about changing the tires because of their age. Do you guys suggested I get the O.E. replacement tires? or is there better tires for the f4? I heard avon has some good sport bike tires

Nah, don't recommend the OEM tire. Although Dunlop makes good tires, the OEM tires aren't very good. For you starting out, I'd recommend a good sport-touring type tire...like the Dunlop Roadsmart, Michelin Power Road, etc. This type of tire will be good for any number of applications like; commuting, touring, & twisties.
