I have wanted to do that as well, Ive looked at your pics, as well as read the other threads about it and have a pretty good idea of what to do and what i need to get. However, is there a list of all the parts that we need? and what is the general cost of doing the conversion? Thanks for your time.

Yep, there's several threads/posts w/ all of this info here but off the top of my head...
Needs:
'01-03 subframe.
rear pegs (w/ bolts of course).
battery tray.
tail light (& bolts that secure it).
tail cowl.
front & rear seats.
plastic clips that hold tail cowl to battery tray (4)
front seat bolts - at rear corners (2).
front seat front clip w/ flat bolts that support single rider seat (mounts at back of tank).
frankenstein or equiv bolts for tail cowl.
Re-use:
subframe bolts (4).
bolts that hold the battery tray to the inside rear of subframe (1 ea side).
tail fairing bolts at front near tank (1 ea side)
tail lock & mechanism.
tail light bulb housings (plug into '01-03 tail light).
While I don't recommend it, you can re-use your orig front of seat clip but it won't fully support the single rider seat as well.
Notes:
* You won't have a fuel pump bracket unless you weld up one. In my tutorial, you'll see that I simply cable-tied mine to the subframe. It has worked perfectly this way. Nobody will know the difference unless you tell them.
* If you are running a stock exhaust, the oem hanger bracket won't match up to the F4i pegs. You'll have to adapt it somehow. If you're using an aftermarket exhaust, simply slide back the hanger & bolt it up.
Cost:
This is somewhat subjective. It really boils down to what you pay for all the parts necessary. I believe my profile page has what I originally paid for the parts for my conversion. However, as that's been some time ago, parts have gone up a little bit...especially the subframe, which runs about $200 or so on ebay these days.
The main parts that cost the most are: subframe, rear pegs, battery tray, seats, tail cowl, tail light. Once you have these things, the rest is basically hardware.
While it looks like it can be daunting, its really an easy process. If you need help, please let me know.
