HID headlight

That's kind of my point. For a single headlight application, to get the hi/loi functionality, you need the kit. I am thinking about doing a projector retrofit with 2 bulbs in my F1. I would mount the 2 lights side-by-side.

H4-2 normally have a xenon low beam, and halogen high beam. This is what I use. I like the fact that I have a halogen bulb available to me in case anything goes wrong with the ballast/igniter/bulb for the HID.
The (obvious) drawback is that the "high" beam is probably not as good as the HID low beam.

Unfortunately that isn't the bulb you ordered.....
The are the low end of Hi/Lo HID's, Alot of the times they get to hot and burn each other out, I would highly recommended staying away from them(No Ofeence skinnaird)
These are what he has:

Are you planning to fit projector lenses in to your F4 headlight ?
If so - please do a pictorial project.

The testing set up
The low beam flap in the low beam position
The flap in the high beam position
Low beam patern this might be at 10 feet
High beam patern same distance as last pic
Low beam looking at it in the middle of the light beam
Looking at the beam right at the edge of the beam
Sorry for jacking your thread but I hope the pics help in understanding what I was trying to say, bottom line ask questions, look stuff up and pics up and you will find what best for what you.
