Help! Throttle Problem with CBR6004 only during load

So I'm having a problem with my throttle. When i'm at speed either maintaining speed or acceleration my throttle jitters, it's completely inconsistent.
I've recently changed the plugs, tightened the chain and cleaned out the carbs. I've inspected the harness, checked the grounds and all the connections, but can't figure out why this is happening.
Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all,
Thank you for the responses, I finally figured it out. The problem was electrical due to the fact that I changed the dash for an aftermarket unit. In this process I didn't realize that in the wiring diagram the 20km/h (pink/yellow) wire is a sensor related to the ram air solenoid. Since this was closed when I was at speed the engine was basically being starved and hence the inconsistent throttle response. Thus if you are not using a dash, or are using an aftermarket dash, you need to ground that wire to open up the ram air. The bike is running perfectly now!
thank you for your suggestions and help.
Cheers.
