glad to hear your ok bud, and not too much damaged done to both you and your bike. my gear has saved my skin a few times and i never ride without it on, you see so many idiots not bothering. in the end its well worth it and am glad you had your gear on. take car and safe riding

the only cars that respect riders are the ones with riders stuck driving in the car.

Glad you pulled it off, it could have been a whole lot worse. Basically you were subject
to a hit and run. You should probably contact the police, if you can do any kind of
description. Your insurance may require it, if you've got a lean on the bike. Who knows
the cops might get lucky and nab the a-holes.

Every time I get out on the scooter, I'm aware of the potential for mayhem. All you
can do is try to anticipate and prepare. I'm glad you did and had your gear. ;-)

oh and my helmet didn't hit I'm glad cuz its hard to find flat black RF-1000's these days Ordered the new alternator cover, ram air ducts, a set of vortex clip-ons and sliders, and 2 yds of Carbon Fiber fabric! gonna get started on the tank soon.

I have no idea if the frame sliders were actually delrin but not takin my chances next time. Man I was about to go up to the snow and go snowboarding
