Dunlop Qualifiers last 2-3 track days for me and stick like glue.

I went ahead and picked up the Michelin Pilot Power 2CT for $185 installed. They feel pretty good right now. I took the 2CT since it was only 15bucks more than the original Pilot Powers.

I started with track tires. They lasted about 3000 miles before becoming really "interesting" when warm. (Pirelli Super Dragon Corsa)

I switched to Pilot Roads. I cooked the front tire in 4000 miles. Cooked. The rear tire has worn nicely, but the front didn't like what I did to it.

I'm switching to Stradas. On the same bike I have heard getting 6000 miles out - having great street grip, wet or dry. I won't be running these on the track, but they seem like a good tire for most people (The poser points aside).

I just finished off a set of Avon Azaro ST tires (AV50? I think?? front and AV46 rear) these tires had incredible life to them. I put about 13000km on these tires. They provided decent grip to be thrown through twisties and held up great for commuting daily. They were confident in the rain too.

And the rear tire:

The rear tread pattern looks a little different. People commented non-stop about it saying "your tread has been cut..." This was because of the lines that oppose the normal tread pattern.

I don't think Avon offers these models still. But they lasted long and great enough that I would easily recommend these to someone looking to put a crap load of miles on, or for daily commuting.
