I put a jet kit in about a month ago on my f4. I'm finally gonna get the tool and sync them this weekend. I've heard all positive things about after sync'n them. Like alot of people have been amazed. Any truth to that?

 

How hard was it to jet it yourself? I have a kit laying around that i plan on doing in a few weeks when my new pipe comes in.

 

Do you have any mechanic skills at all? Its very easy I thought. Theres not much to it

 

it idles much smoother...that's about all i felt...at WOT it doesn't really matter.

 

i am curious where you found the tool, and how much it was. i have the jet kit but have yet to install it. it needs rejetting badly with the upgrades i have done to it. How did the install go? do you have any pics or recommendations? thanks

 

I am gonna borrow the tool from a buddy. As far as jetting i thought it was a joke. I am a car mechanic so it really wasnt bad. I am new to the whole bike thing though. Even for a novice I thought it would be easy. Just follow the instructions they give you. Theres not much to mess up. And na, i dont have pics.
