so i checked all my lines and re-tightened all of the band clamps. I also saw that one of the hoses to my airbox was off i reattached it and rode around for about an hour. The problem still exists. Like after i adjust it when its warm it will idle correctly until i ride it at a high rpm or go highway speeds then once i slowed down and came to a stop the idle stay would be up to about 2000 or 2200. Ill adjust it back down to 1300 and then this process happens like this throughout my entire ride and its getting annoying. I didn't try the propane thing but this problem started after i cleaned my carbs maybe i adjusted something wrong. Any more ideas?

I would pull the carbs apart and check the operation of all the slides and make sure they are returning to the fully closed position.
If the problem occurred after you cleaned the carbs then that has got to be the place to start looking. Something in there is not operating properly.
Good luck
