The gauges off my f4 to put on blue gauge faces. Sand the back of the gauge so the light shining throw white not green. But everything back together and the needles don't line up. Can some one help.

no worries I can't spell for damn either... but from what I can put together/ read... you took your f4 gauges off to put on blue faces on the gauges... what i'm not understanding is you sanded the back of the gauge? so now their is the light shining through white not green?? and now you put everything back together and now the needles aren't lining up?

not sure what help I can give. I normally leave that **** alone... I might tackle that in the future but I have a cheap f4 gauge if you can't repair/ fix yours.

More than likely he sanded the paint off of the back of the needles and painted the, another color.. I did that on a car. He wHen I put new faces on to match the aftermarket gauges that I put in it.

Pics would be cool to see.

If you turn your bike on and look at your gauges all the numbers greenish. Well I didn't like that, so I took the cluster apart got the gauges out sanded the green paint off the back of the gauge. Then I put new blue gauge face stickers on. Replaced the stock crappy lights in the clusters with bright white led lights and put everything back together.
