Default FUEL PUMP AND FILTER

I just replaced my fuel pump and filter at the same time and now I have it all back together and the bike won't start. It seems like the gas is not flowing through the filter to the pump, is there anything I have to do before trying to start it like pressurize the fuel tank or check the fuel flow or something? Someone throw me bone here cause i'm stumped. I called my dealer they said it could be fouled spark plugs but I just put new ones in less than a year ago. Anyone???

battery? vacuum hoses? fuses? ignition cables? Have you tried push starting it? like riding down a hill then clutching first to start it up?

Have you tried making sure you've switched the fuel tap back to on? I know it sounds basic, but I miss it at times too lol.

I can think of two things for you to check. One, Is there fuel in the float bowl? Two, If you reversed the lines when you put it back together, the bike won't start. Then I'd check the pump is functional by blowing back through the fuel line into the tank/pump. You might be experiencing a vapor lock situation that would stop fuel flow.
