Default Frame sliders/crash protectors - question

Hello
after some looking around i gathered that the crash/frame sliders go here
(See Pic)[IMG][/IMG]
as you can see where it should go i have snaped the bolt off and cant get the f$%^*%$ thing out.
My question is can the frame sliders go anywhere else maybe and the bolt to the right which i think is an engine bolt.

Any help would be great.

Frame sliders do NOT go there, that's where you screw your fairings into. The frame sliders screw into the engine bolt to the right.

As CJ said.. using fairing bolts as slider mounts is a waste of time and will probably cause more bad than good.

Np. There's a bunch of how-to type threads here on the forum on frame slider installation. The aforementioned one of Jared's above is one of those. Anyway, sure, if you need help, don't hesitate to ask.
