Frame Sliders
I have been looking to put frame sliders on my F4. I want good protection and know to get that I am going to have to drill my fairings. OESaccessories makes a tool thatis supposed to take the guess work out of drilling. Has anyone used this? Is it any good?
I would also like to know what kind of frame sliders you guys suggest and not. Thanks for your time

RE: Frame Sliders
I've cut the fairings on my f4.
It's not to bad.
You need a hole cutting drill bit (I got 1 from sears it's about 3 bucks)
a dremel tool and a torq wrench
1) I drilled a small hole in the fairing to get a referance piont for the motor mount bolt.
2) Then drilled a stater hole as close to the motor mount as possible.
3) Then I took the hole cutting bit and cut out the hole.
4) cleaned up the hole with the dremel tool and mounted it up.
Just take your time
I mocked it up a few times before doing any cutting.
Good luck
