Quick question, I bought a flasher relay, This one actually. It showed up today, and it only has 2 wires, the wiring diagram (not near the bike) says that the OEM relay has 3.

So did I get the wrong one?? Will this one work? Can I make it work or do I need to return it. thanks

 

my led flasher relay only has 2 wires, it still had the oem 3 pin connector but had a blank pin spot so you should be good to go. The ground on the factory connector isnt needed so red goes to power source and black goes to the signal load.

 

hmmm why isn't the ground required?

 

It grounds itself through the signals since they are grounded.

 

yea my led relay i put on mine only uses 2 wires
