Factory suspension settings.
Hi all. I was wondering if anyone knew the stick settings for the front forks and rear suspension. For a 2000 F4 CBR 600f
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks. 👍

stock preload on the forks is aligning the 3rd groove on the adjuster with the top surface of the fork cap.
rebound dampening (top of fork) turn adjuster clockwise until it stops, then counterclockwise about 1 full turn. align the punch mark on the adjuster with the reference mark.
compression dampening (bottom of fork) turn adjuster clockwise until it stops, then counterclockwise about 1.5 turns. align the punch marks.
stock spring setting on the rear shock is position 2 for stock, 1 for softer preload, 3-7 are for hard preload.
rebound dampening (bottom of shock) turn adjuster clockwise until it stops, then counterclockwise about 1 full turn. align the punch marks
compression dampening (on accumulator) turn adjuster clockwise until it stops, then counterclockwise about 1 full turn. align the punch marks

@CrazyDave1979 Go watch some of Dave Moss's video's on Youtube. The factory settings don't mean anything. They need to be set for you and your weight. It's not difficult to do, but helps to have friend to can look at the measurements while you're sitting on the bike.
